The Cake is a Lie

All alone and she's wondering why,

So I know I already drew something to this before, but those lines I can really relate to.
I mean, I'm a worrier, I fret over the smallest things, my best friend has cancer and I know she's on the road to recovery but I keep thinking she won't recover (I've had a bad history with cancer).
Also my mam was on anti-depressants for a while (not sure if she is still) for no reason, so I was panicking then.
People ask me if I'm okay and I just say 'yes' and change the subject. Then when alone, I just break down.
Look at me, being an emo drama queen, I'm okay, honestly, I can just relate to those lines.
